Review requests contain the name, email address, and information you submit. Customer records contain contact details, case updates, exchange findings, and financial amounts entered by an administrator. Login codes are verified using salted hashes; an encrypted copy is retained for authorized administrators.
How information is used
Your information is used to assess a request, manage your case, and provide tracing updates. Authorized administrators can access case records and review requests. Public blockchain information can be used to investigate transaction paths.
Your private workspace
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Keep your login code private and sign out on shared devices. This application includes no advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Requests about your data
This website does not provide a form for data access, correction, or deletion requests.
Account support
This website does not provide a contact or account support service. Never provide a seed phrase or private key.
Language preferences
You can switch between English and German at any time. A necessary preference cookie remembers your selection for one year. Without a saved choice, we use a local Germany IP-range database and then your browser language. IP addresses are not sent to a geolocation service for this feature.
